Wedding coordination

Your wedding day should be magical, not stressful. We make sure every detail is carried out so you can be fully present for your day.

From timeline management to vendor coordination, we handle the logistics while you focus on celebrating. We start working together three to four months out, and on the day we’re there from setup to last load out.

Luxe Coordination

We will be present from start to finish, so you feel like a guest at your own wedding. No setting up or taking down personal decorations, no handing family members jobs. We manage whatever comes up and we’re there all night for anything you need.

Great for couples with an earlier ceremony start, early-arriving vendors, or a larger setup, and for those who want an added rehearsal or venue walk-through.

Partial planning

A step beyond day-of coordination. Partial planning connects what you’ve already planned into one seamless celebration.

It’s the right fit if you’ve booked your venue and date, sent save the dates, gathered design ideas and lined up some vendors, but want a professional to tie it all together, ease the stress in the months before, and stay hands-on through the day.
