With Luxe Coordination, a lead planner and an assistant are on site for up to 12 hours. Before the day you get three planning calls, a floor plan review, and a custom timeline we send to your vendors. On the day we handle rehearsal management, ceremony and music cueing, entrances, speeches and dances, vendor management, and setup and takedown of your personal decor.

Most couples book 6 months to a year ahead. We have also booked weddings just two months out and as far as two years ahead, and we are already booking 2028. If your date is close, contact us to check our availability.

Usually 3 to 4 months before the wedding. That is when the planning calls start and your timeline comes together. Partial Planning couples start earlier.

We personally reply to every inquiry within 2 to 3 business days with our availability and a time for a free consultation.

Travel is free within 55 miles of Blaine. Beyond 55 miles, travel costs are covered by the couple. For weddings more than 90 minutes away we ask for a hotel room the night of the wedding, and for more than two hours away, two nights.

No. You shouldn’t pay more just because it’s a wedding. Our prices are listed upfront, with no hidden fees and no wedding markup.

A 25% non-refundable retainer is due when you sign. For coordination packages, the balance is due 3 weeks before the wedding. Partial Planning adds another 25% at 120 days out, with the balance 3 weeks before. We accept Zelle and Venmo.

We focus on running your day, so we do not set up or break down tables, chairs or furniture, build heavy backdrops, clean, wash dishes, carry high-value items like rings or purses, set up perishable food, or lock up the venue. Larger design pieces like florals, candles, dinnerware and linens are handled by your design vendors, or you can add our setup for a fee. Candle lighting is always included.
