A step beyond day-of coordination. Partial planning bridges the gap between what you've already planned and a wedding that's fully tied together. Our goal is to take the pieces you have and connect them into one seamless celebration, refining the details and easing the stress in the months leading up to your day.

Budgeting

We help you build a plan that stays within your budget, and put it to work finding the right vendors and details for your day.

What's Included:

Help find up to 2 vendors based on your budget (more can be added)

Trusted recommended vendor list, plus custom research to match your vibe

Work on 1–2 planning aspects within budget (florals, candles, linens, place settings, and more)

Design & Styling Assistance

We help shape the look of your wedding and make the final calls with you, so everything stays true to your overall vibe.

Develop your design: signs, place cards, escort cards, programs, and more

Design ideas and help making final decisions

Keep everything aligned to your aesthetic

Help with floor plans

Extensive Vendor Management

We become the primary point of contact for your vendors and keep everything on track so nothing slips through the cracks.

Track vendor deadlines, final payments, and guest count submissions

Participate in final vendor meetings for clear communication

Review vendor contracts so nothing is overlooked

Confirm enough staff is hired from each vendor

We include a rehearsal one or two days before the wedding when the date is available.

If the date isn't available, an extra hour of day-of coordination is added

We will be present from start to finish, ensuring that you feel like a guest at your own wedding. There's no need for you to worry about setting up or taking down personal decorations or assigning family members tasks. We will manage any issues that may arise and will be available all night to assist with anything you might need!

Day of Set Up $235

Need assistance with the setup? We've got you covered! Up to 2.5 hours of on-site support is included. We take care of setting up table seating charts, arranging party favors, organizing the welcome table, placing signs, ensuring accurate table placements, and more! These are typically for those who are getting married somewhere and have their reception at a restaurant.

Additional Add-Ons

Florals / Candle / Table Set Up — $50–$250

If a florist or rental company is not handling set up and/or tear down, we offer setup assistance for a small fee. This fee will be used to accommodate an earlier arrival or hire additional staff. The fee ranges from $50 to $250 depending on the complexity of the setup and takedown.

Extra Staff — $100–$250

If you require a medium to large number of item setups (from personal items or from above) or have a high guest count, additional staff will be necessary to ensure everything is set up on time and to help manage guest flow. The cost for this service ranges from $100 to $250.

Rehearsal — $130 + travel

A ceremony rehearsal is included on the day of your wedding. However, if you prefer to have a rehearsal a day or two before the wedding, a 90-minute rehearsal can be scheduled based on availability. This option costs $130 plus travel expenses if applicable.

Katlynne and Chris were both incredible to have at our wedding. I had so many people tell me how impressed they were with their services. Chris was somehow always there with a water and another drink for me, I don’t know how he did it haha.
