Partial planning is the right fit for couples who have booked their venue and date, sent save the dates, gathered design ideas, and lined up some vendors, but want a professional to tie it all together and stay hands-on through the day. It includes everything in our Luxe Coordination package.
What's Included:
Upgrade your day-of coverage to the Prestige Coordination package, which adds a 2nd assistant and 2 additional hours of on-site coverage.

We will be present from start to finish, ensuring that you feel like a guest at your own wedding. There's no need for you to worry about setting up or taking down personal decorations or assigning family members tasks. We will manage any issues that may arise and will be available all night to assist with anything you might need!
What's Included:
200+ guests: Guest count over 200? An additional assistant is required: $195 for 8 hours.
*Personal items do not include florals, candles, chargers, or any dinnerware.
Great for couples with an earlier ceremony start, early-arriving vendors, or a larger setup, and for those who want an added rehearsal or venue walk-through.

Larger design elements like florals, candles, dinnerware, linens, and furniture are normally handled by your design vendors so our team can stay focused on event logistics. If you'd like us to take them on, they can be added for a fee. Prices are listed as set up / take down / both, and cover up to 200 guests (larger guest counts are priced higher). Booking both saves around 10%. Candle lighting is always included in every package.

Booking & Staffing
To ensure proper staffing for your event, all additional services must be finalized at least three weeks before your wedding date. Unapproved or last-minute additions on the day of are subject to a 25% surcharge.

If your event has fewer than 55 guests and/or requires multiple add-on services, custom package pricing is available upon request.

The services below are not part of our offerings. If you need any of them, consider hiring or assigning someone else for the task. If your venue hosts more than just weddings (event centers, restaurants, zoos, parks, etc.), please check with the venue about the services they provide.

3 months ago Katlynne and Chris were both incredible to have at our wedding. I had so many people tell me how impressed they were with their services. Chris was somehow always there with a water and another drink for me, I don’t know how he did it haha. Their attitude and enthusiasm was also so refreshing to have when I was already so tired from planning! They set up our decor beautifully, had food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony, managed every issue that came up, and packed up everything at the end of the night. Our night would have been so different without them. I had been on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator but the investment was 1000% worth it. Plus their prices were so affordable for the service they offer! Thank you again for an amazing wedding!!!
