Payment for our services is handled directly between you and us. We currently accept payment by cash and through peer-to-peer payment services (such as Venmo and Zelle); we do not collect or store payment card numbers on our systems.

Information Collected Through the Mobile App

When you use the Belle Haven Planner App, we may collect:

• Account and client information — the access code provided by your coordinator and the wedding or event details associated with your account.
• Photos and camera content — if you choose to add inspiration images or documents, the App accesses your camera and/or photo library only for the uploads you select. We do not access your photo library otherwise.
• Files and documents — any documents you choose to upload to your planning portal.
• Push notification tokens — a device token stored on our servers so we can send the notifications you enable (for example, new letters or upcoming reminders). You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
• Face ID / biometric unlock — if you enable biometric sign-in, your biometric data is handled entirely by your device's secure hardware and operating system. It is never transmitted to or stored by Belle Haven.
• Device and diagnostic information — basic technical information used to keep the App working reliably.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, time spent, and referring website information through analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services and the App
• Plan and coordinate your event and communicate with you about it
• Send notifications and reminders you have enabled
